- Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturer's warranty only and is not guaranteed by Things & More, however we will provide you with information where to return your defective product for replacement.
- We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 90 day warranty period.
- Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
- The returned item should include a note explaining the problem or situation, a copy of your invoice and your return shipping address.
- No returns sent COD will be accepted.
